The founder of the collection is the department of "Project management and applied statistics", East-Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl (Severodonetsk) with the participation of the following scientific partners: Ukrainian Project Management Association (Kiev) and the University of Economics and Law "KROK" (Kiev).

The Collection is included in the list of professional technical and economic journals (Decree of the Presidium of Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine dated 01.07.2010 № 1-05/5 years), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (certificate of state registration of mass media KB № 15582 -4054-P dated 05.06.2009).
The Collection is renewed in the list of professional technical and economic journals (Attachment 12 to the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №515 dated 16.05.2016 "About approoving of statements of the Ministry Attestation Collegium as for Special Scientific Boarders' activity" dated 12.05.2016).
